The establisher and manager is Øyvind Zahl Arntzen. Keywords: 38 years old, over 30 years experience of wilderness adventures in the area. He has fished salmon and trout / char intensively since the age of 10 in the area. He is also dedicated to hunting and fjord fishing.
He has 6 years of higher education in several disciplines. Most worth mentioning in this connection: Educated as a Norwegian ranger and within cultural studies.

Ann-Kristin Basma, age 41, who is the other benefited part owner in the family company. She has 4, 5 years of higher education within mostly Children Care (3 years), and Russian language (1, 5 years). She likes tours and trips in the field, especially by horse, she also practices some fishing. She participates in the daily work within the company.

Miriam Basma Arntzen does some work within the family company, and is dedicated in horseback riding, swimming and gymnastics. She also likes to fish salmon.

Sigurd Basma Arntzen. He has been participating in hunting for grouse, and has also been participating regarding to establish tent-camps for our customers.
He is particularly interested in fishing and motor sports.

From the left, you see Ivar Hofseth, the excellent Web-Master of Arntzen Arctic Adventures. The lady in red is AAA`s translator from Finland, Tuija Hakkarainen.

This fellow, Robert Karisari, aged 39, will be engaged more and more in the company the years to come.
He got a bachelor-degree in the branch of natural science. He is educated as a Norwegian ranger too. Robert`s preferences is fishing and hunting.

Common from all of those you have seen here, except for Tuija Hakkarainen, is that
they all is born and raised in the municipality of Vadsø. The fellows that is out in the field, has competence to handle all kind of situations that can occur during a stay in Varanger.
Especially theirs winter skill is important in an arctic area.
